I did exactly this, I would write down the mindset that I wanted as if I already had it, I felt it and visualised it and got an incredible feeling when I was writing it down. You then will begin to start acting like it and attracting it. IT'S POWERFUL!

Brain Dumping: This is the same as when you talk to a friend and you immediately feel better. Writing down exactly how you feel on paper, without judgement, allows you to let out all of the emotion, accept it and move on!
