My story 🤍


My name is Katie and I have a little story to tell you about how something that changed my life also helped me find my purpose in life. 

A few years ago, I experienced an eating disorder and struggled massively with low self- esteem, confidence and self - worth. It got to a point where I was so fed up of feeling like this and was ultimately not really enjoying life at all. I wanted to change. I wanted to be ED - free, and I wanted to be happy. 

I reached out for some help and got therapy which began to give me confidence that I can change and this won't be a forever thing. I started journaling in a notebook. It then got to a point where I was doing it everyday. I got addicted to the benefits of journaling; it was so powerful. I began to listen to podcasts and read books too. I did this consistently for around 6-8 months and my whole mindset changed. 

I was growing, I was challenging these negative and irrational thoughts. I began to overcome my eating disorder, and I took more control over my life. 

I then created a mindset series on youtube called '10 Ways to Shift Your Mindset for an Internal Glow up' which was a huge turning point in helping me to decide what I want to do in life. I essentially put together videos about different mindset topics to help people with everything I had learnt. Feeling absolutely overwhelmed with the response, I kindly received 100s of messages from people now wanting to open up to others about their own struggles, and to get into journaling and self - development. 

Fast forward a few months, I created my own mindset and manifestation journal with all the things I learnt that helped me come out of that dark place into a person with a higher sense of self - worth and confidence. I am still learning to love myself and become my highest self and I want to help you to do the same!

Alongside my journal, I run a Journal Club every Sunday at 11am for 30 minutes for anyone who wants guidance with journaling and self - development. All cameras are off, except mine, and anyone can come along and journal with me about a different mindset topic each week, along with tips and advice. 

At University, trying to balance studies with my business, gym and having a social life is incredibly challenging, which lead me to design my Productivity Planner. It has such a simple yet effective layout to help you prioritise tasks, not overwhelm yourselves and be more productive in less time.
